Russia manufactures Iskander-M ballistic missiles using imported computer numerical control (CNC) machines from the USA, Europe, and Asia, according to research by the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU).
At least 12 enterprises involved in the production of 9M723 missiles for the Iskander-M system rely on foreign machines and components. Some of this equipment was procured after the full-scale invasion began.
