Defense technologies must never end up in an aggressor’s hands through a business sale  —  Volodymyr Landa

"The defense technology market is experiencing the highest growth rates. We see that if 10 years ago there were 3–5 companies in private miltech, today their number reaches into the hundreds," noted Volodymyr Landa, Head of Investment Screening at the Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU), in an interview with Ukrainian Radio.

At the same time, he emphasized that Ukrainian defense technologies must not end up in the hands of the aggressor in the event of a business sale.

"Investments must come from verified countries and verified owners who are known to operate without causing harm to Ukraine."
